Please ensure all tags remain attached and the items are unworn to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original Ducati tags in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
